ebay bucks not showing up

No matter what I try on my ebay I am unable to view my current ebay bucks balance.
I called ebay and was told that they have no idea why its not showing up.
Is anyone else having trouble viewing their bucks balance?

Mine show up, $447 ebucks. I gotta find something to buy today to max it.
My total for this quarter is trivial compared to last quarter, but when I go to the Summary page and click on 'eBay Bucks' on the left column, I have no problems seeing the eBay Bucks page and the correct total.
I'm not seeing mine either and My eBay page is loading really weird. It could be some of their servers are down.

This happened to me a few weeks back too. Try deleting some cookies on your browser and reloading the page after.
It's not an issue with ebay but your browser I'm guessing. At least with me that was the case.
Same here...about ten days. I've called eBay, done all of the above and nothing is working. I also keep getting large banners covering the top of the page. Ebay was no help.

browser problem. I'm also finding that I currently have to go to the bonus buck message and reactivate prior to each purchase.

I've been trying to look at mine for the last couple weeks. I click the link and it takes me back to my watching page.
My pc automatically clears cookies and cache when I exit and even after manually clearing them, still doesn't work.

When I go to my eBay page and click on eBay Bucks on the far LH side menu it takes me to My Seller Hub page where there is no info on eBay Bucks
those having trouble seeing ebay bucks should confirm the settings that enable them to receive them have not changed. You have to "opt in," and that may have been changed.

I have every bloody thing checked under receive in real time,,,,,,,, still don't work.
$42.60 big ones.
Talking to eBay right now,,,,,, a glitch in the system,,,,,,, they know about it,,,,,,,, alot of people having the same problem,,,,,,,, they are working on it!!!!!!!!!!
I did ask the guy and he told me my eBay Bucks balance.

I posted this in the other thread (the quote) and thought it might be helpful here.
Idk why I have to but if I don't, I won't get any ebucks. Then there's the issue of bucks showing up or not showing up.. both in the listing and my earnings.. I'm sure they're using the higher app % to pay for upgrades and bug fixes with people's perceived-as-earned bucks.
They never give a dime if I have a problem with money or stuff not posting or carrier scans flagged as late not being late from holidays.. the list goes on. It's the only place I can sell and I can also do coins so, for now, I guess deal with it.
It's great that I've kept up on technology the last 30 years and have a legit bug like a partial refund becoming full. But, "there are no known issues" and "we cannot divulge if we get further complaints", "we cannot divulge later if it was an issue or not"..
...so they'll never be able to tell me if it was real or not and give my money back. I just setup templates on the website and buy/sell on the app. I'd never sell straight from the app, however. I've had 6 updates since Saturday.
Last two promotions I've had issues. If I go to a listing it doesn't display the amount of ebay bucks I would earn if I bought the item. Also no balance being displayed at times .
I blame the morons at ebay flogging the stupid ebay app.
It's cost me.. well, not a lot, but enough. Sometimes a listing won't show bucks but it will show on my end and at some random time disappear. I thought I made out last time, but now apparently not, and same with the promotion for buy and sell. None of my sell listings got me anything. But no known technical difficulties or bug reports right? Log into my phone to see no thanks..?? I wonder sometimes how they sleep at night, but it's probably on stacks of money with different Russian models every night.

Mine show up, $472 bucks. You go to account - summary then on the left side you click on ebay bucks. It should show up there.
Im sure most of us know the general way to do it. I tried this too. Whenever I click "my ebay bucks" it takes me to my purchase history
my e bucks for selling just come in, 162.10 for selling and 337.90 for buying for a total of 500. there is no way I could of hit that number exactly right, e bay must of shaved off some of the selling, I knew it was going to be close, should of kept track
They cap it at $500. no need to question in
