Just picked these up from PMG at the Long Beach show. $5 1953 LT BA block is a top pop 1/0 at PMG!

Thanks. Since I am collecting sets in both pcgs and pmg holders I still need plenty. 1928F wide 2 of course is one. Also some of the mules and stars that aren't too rare. I like to get all the easy/cheaper stuff first and worry about the expensive stuff later or never. Lol

Why are the $5 USNs the last to be collected behind 5 SCs and 5 FRNs ?

Stacks just sent me post auction offerings, a $5 Sc 1953B Star note VF30 9s being offered - where is their pricing now?
    https://auctions.stacksbowers.com/lots/view/3-9IB1I

    LOT DESCRIPTION
Fr. 1657*. 1953B $5 Silver Certificate Star Note. PCGS Very Fine 30.

A key replacement note for small-size currency with this 1953B Five Dollar Silver Certificate being rare in any state of preservation. PCGS Currency has graded only five pieces in the entire New grade range and just six in Extremely Fine and About Uncirculated states. COllectible mid-grade notes such as this attractive Very Fine 30 note are typically what is represented in most collections.

    Estimate: $1,750 - $2,750.
