I must be weird. I actually like barber coins.
They seem closest to the design of ancients. A head and a plain field.
Lots of us do. A real commerce series that requires time and patience to find the survivors that haven’t been messed with. Of course JMHO

The look and surfaces of that 1832 5c is pretty much the way a coin should look without sulphur storage contamination nor any attempt at cleaning nearly 2 centuries of dirt from it. What a wonder.
The Barber isn’t shabby either.
