1829 Bust Half Filled A's Reverse-Common? Cause?

  Believe it's a O-114 with A2 & A3 filled
  due to die chipping.
  This years 1829 production has about
  8 marriages having some combination of
  filled A's, or other such problems of the
  total 20 die marriages. It adds interest.
