Counter stamped 1854-s quarter eagle ?

In the new pcgs mag on the fold out cover there appears to be a teased 1854-s quarter eagle out of the SS republic ship wreck. Anybody know the story? Might be a philly coin but it looks interesting

It's a 54-O. Super cool, but not a 54-S.

I saw it too. Very unique, and I loved the toning.
Just got the Rare Coin Market Report, the coin is very cool. It's worth noting that another example of this counterstamp just sold on eBay, the host coin was a very heavily worn 1816 Great Britain Shilling: https://www.ebay.com/itm/J-L-Polhemus-Druggist-Sacramento-California-Counterstamp-1816-Great-Britain-Shil-/323218238707?_trksid=p2047675.l2557&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&nma=true&si=pwP%2FnqFWgae%2F2NHeUez2Ed020nI%3D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc
