Who it's signed by?
I believe PCGS goofed. For some reason they have two coin numbers for the same coin, and two "Deep Cam" tabs on Coinfacts.
For Mint proof $1 commems that offer both deep cameo and non-cameo issuances Coinfacts typically has a "PR" tab and a "Deep Cam" tab to distinguish them.
If they're all deep cam (like the 2014 Baseball HOF) there should be just one page.
