If I want something special done with a TrueView image, what is the best, proper way to make that request with PCGS and in particular, directly to Phil??

Phil does post here but I can't remember his handle. If you submit, I'd write on the form to have Phil contact you first.
You can write on the submission form ATTN Phil Arnold and that should get included on the submission box. If you write down a request for me on the form receiving should make it an alert in the system. Other than that you can email me or PM me directly.
