The "new" name is actually an account started 2 months ago. The new person has also been polite and inquisitive - so far. I suggest we not assume the new person is our old friend

So "reckless" as if collecting Flags is the only MO for borderline legal argument when the verdict arrives.
Even a real error coin has to be in good collector condition to have value. A 1955 double die cent that has been run over by a tank will have little value.
