Now shared orders page is flooded with foreign coin submissions. Is there any way to screen out those so you can get to the US coins submissions?

I don't think so. They are published in the order they are graded and released to be packaged/shipped. The graders on the other side of the world might work 5 days for each day anyone works in America. As a result, that's all you'll see.
Can you cherry pick based on the submission number? There seems to be several number ranges to choose from.
On a separate note, just opened the latest shared order, below. Some people need to take a grading course... PCGS must love the fees incurred here. Reminds me of working for Wells Fargo in college... my branch manager referred to people who habitually overdrew their accounts (50+ times a year) as her 'best customers' because of the fees she generated from them.
For some of the earlier Chinese coins in particular, even if you know they are cleaned and will not straight grade it is often worth getting them in PCGS holders to guarantee authenticity.

The populations must be going up a lot especially with Chinese dollars, but probably pervasively. From what I heard Europeans generally don't like graded coins.
