Need help to consider this 1918 $1 Bill! Grade?

Have the opportunity to pick this up for around $150 maybe less not sure. It truly is a nice example, no folds, crisp paper, corners sharp, well centered, no stains. If I did buy it I would probably get it graded. What do you guys think?

Isnt it??! I was handling it so carefully out of the sleeve. I think its definitely worth buying and grading

Sweet. If I were to take a stab at it, I'd say a 64, possibly higher !!!
