What is the standard eBay Bucks percentage?

ms70ms70 Posts: 13,956 ✭✭✭✭✭

Just got an offer for 3 days of 8% I can't find what the regular rate is. This might influence a purchase.

What's the regular rate?

Anyone? Anyone?

That's about average, although I occasionally get one for 6% too.

it seems like all the good gold coins priced right are always listed under bullion. I asked a few sellers to move the category out of bullion, they say they are under contract to sell under the bullion category

I think they get a preferred eBay rate. Otherwise it would never pay them to sell bullion on eBay.

    1% standard. They do 6%, 8%, and 10% occasionally.

Got it today, 8% on purchases, they’ll probably run a few more between now and the end of the quarter.

It's not "marked" bullion but anything under the Bullion sub-category in "Coins & Paper Money"

Anything under gift cards is also excluded

    Both get 0% (zero) standard.

Rotten policy as bullion on ebay generally has the ebay fees built into BIN

Thanks everyone. I got the 8% offer but didn't know just how good it was over the usual amount. I feel a big purchase coming on!

Remember the bucks cap out at $100.00 per transaction. Not sure how big a purchase you are feeling but at just over $1200 you max out the $100 reward.

    100 max means
    $1250 x 8% = $100

So anything over $1250 will still get you just $100

Also, maximum of $500 in earnings per quarter.
