2017 5 oz. ATB circulated Frederick Douglass MS70?

I have been told that 22 of these were graded by PCGS at MS70 and this also shown in Coin Facts. As far as I can tell other than a mistake being investigated on the Ellis Island pop numbers, no other MS70's were ever graded, out of 50,000 of any MS versions.

Two lucky people got a unique MS70DM grade in the past, but are there any actual graded MS70's Frederick Douglass 5 ounce coins graded above MS69DM?

So have any of you ATB collectors ever seen a PCGS MS70 label for the circulated bullion coins, not the SP special editions of course.
thanks

Kinda weird that for six years a TOTAL of three made 70 grade. Then Douglas got 22 followed by Ellis with 508 out of 617 total graded....then back to zero 70's.

ATS only had 6 Douglas 70's and zero Ellis Island
