BEP sheets cut into errors

Is there a list somewhere of all of 4 bill and larger sheets sold in collector sets? Do they all start with 99xxx?
I just want to not buy a fake error like ?? this one ??

I am not an expert on these, but I do believe most if not all sheets start with a 99xxxxxx. Not to mention that legit errors of a like type generally have an ink offset error, causing the appearance of a cut error. That meaning the sheet shifted when the 3rd print (serial number and district seal) is applied, then cut in that position. Look up print shift errors or cut errors on Heritage's site, or eBay (the legit ones not like your example).
