In celebration of the Minnesota Miracle, led by the underdog Houston Cougar qb that no one wanted, even his own coach for half of the season wanted to replace him despite leading the league in stats, that then went out and made the greatest final play of a playoff game in Vike history (at least during my time watching since 68), here is a coin with some nice purple*. I thot it was a great finish but that cheerleading skol thing the QB did as several saints players were forced to re-enter the field to line up for the “extra point” snap was weak.

The Pats beat the Bills (I believe) roughly 20 years ago on a "walk-off" touchdown. The Pats had to line up for the PAT, but the Bills just went to the locker room and so Vinatieri just walked it in for 2 points. Clearly the refs didn't make the losing team line up that time.
Perhaps my favorite part was the Saints punter lined up as a nose tackle.
Man, what a finish! Looking forward to wearing my Vikings jersey to work on Friday - the Seahawks fans hate it!

By the way....the whole "SKOL!" thing is relatively new to the Vikings. I don't recall the cry being prevalent in my youth....Minnesota native, 1963 to 1986. SKOL!!
They started to make a big deal of the SKOL chant when the new stadium opened last year.
