2015&2016 quarter dollar

I was looking through a couple rolls of quarters that I got from the bank last week,there wasn't much in them but what I did find was rather odd,I found these two quarters in separate rolls that have the wildest gold toning on them,now I don't know how long it takes for a coin to tone but I would think more than a year,anyways it almost appears like a concept coin the way obverse and reverse are toned or some special issued coin I'll let you decide thanks for looking
