What a wide variety of coins. 896 silver coins Is the silver beach getting churned up by the storm hitting the East coast

Most people would consider that a very good year. Since your long term average is more than 100 silver coins a year, I guess you have a different perspective. Most people will never find a three cent piece or Flying Eagle cent in a lifetime of detecting.
