Hunt for the Wilderpeople (2016) - A national manhunt is ordered for a rebellious kid and his foster uncle who go missing in the wild New Zealand bush. If I remember correctly, he (the kid) keeps thinking a bird is spying on them as a bad omen. Decent indy film and good performance by (the now really old) Sam Neill of Jurassic Park fame.

One of the songs in the soundtrack is about a sea bird, and while in the bush they spot what they suspect is the "extinct" Huia bird. Just another example of how collections can be used in unusual ways.
