The shadowy patch on the cheek is not in a natural pattern. Not that it's impossible that it's natural, but it's unlikely
my first thought when I saw the OP's picture was AU58-low MS. the coin in the holder looks OK as a 64.
to follow on what Andy said...........................I was walking the floor with a friend several years ago and he told me a story of an MS64 Morgan Dollar he'd bought. it had a faint tone patch on the cheek area and he thought that he could crack the coin, dip away the tone and get an upgrade. when he did that a faint scratch/rubbed area became clearly visible, he thought it might be wheel rub or something.
he thought about what to do: he "thumbed" it and sent it back in where it graded MS64 and he sold it. when I asked what he meant by "thumbing" the coin, he took his index finger and rubbed the area where your nose meets your cheek and then made a wiping motion in the air.

ms64 to me. The reverse shield looks strange to me? but otherwise looks like an ms64 to me
