    Why does the grade for the Kennedy half pop up as "CONTACT NGC CUSTOMER SERVICE" on the NGC cert verification page?

    Oh my.....I have no idea. I bought it off of eBay, and sold it on eBay. I just messaged NGC to find out why it says that. I'd like to know too. Will post when I hear back from them.

    I just spoke with NGC an hour ago and they said it was a glitch on their side and that it should show up correctly soon, although it is not currently. -----Just spoke with them again and was told that the person that sent in the coins (edynamicmarketing on ebay) on that invoice had artificially toned them and that if the coin was sent back in they would conserve the coin at no charge. That was the first and last coin I bought from edynamicmarketing, and just so there's no confusion...I had nothing to do with the alteration of the coin. I collect naturally toned coins and this was an unfortunate AT that coin that I bought already slabbed.
