I think you did well to buy the superior quality ms64. Just a nicer coin. To protect yourself from a lot of the chaff out there, you'll do well to stick with pcgs coins in a grade you like that also, appeal to you. Until you get more comfortable with grading coins to be able to spot raw gems that will treat you well if they were to be graded, you can avoid a lot of newbie mistakes and financial ouches. We have all had them one way or another!
Your new coin looks nice, but if you are still asking for opinions and sweating the results, you are spending too much too quickly. Slow down and take your time to learn about the series. A nice thing about Morgans is that they are readily available in all grades in many different looks.

I started this hobby a few months ago and still trying to decide whether to collect any hard date or by series. So many beautiful coins and it takes discipline to not want everything. I have a few better than good Peace and a couple Morgan. Well I have the rest of my life to come up with a good collection
