Newp - a key date and a set hole filled.

Have been looking for a problem-free example of this date/assayer combination for a few years now and ended-up winning this one on eBay tonight. Looks like a nice original XF40-45. Only 3 certified at PCGS with the highest one being a nice steely-looking AU50 in @OriginalDan 's set. Catalog value in XF is $600, with the current softness of the market I was able to get this one at less than half that.
The hunt continues for a nice 1813-HJ and a whole bunch of varieties...

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
Thanks gents!

Nice look for a raw key date on eBay! Congrats.
One, maybe even TWO Attaboys might be in order here!
Received it last night and this morning it's already on its way to our host. It was a dark crusty piece that lightened up slightly after an acetone bath, revealing a rich chocolate surface with even a slight trace of luster on the reverse. On a bad day it will go XF40, on a very good day - shot at an AU50.
The wait begins....
