NGC Crackout labels

For years, when cracking out a deserving NGC coin for submission to our host, I would send the old labels to Russ. Now that I can't share them with Russ, is there anyone else who has a membership and takes advantage of the .50c per label policy?
Heck, do they still redeem them? I'm pretty sure PCGS still does.. I hate to chuck 'em. Anyone? First addy I get, gets 'em.
