Did PCGS Ever Issue a Yellow Insert - or is this just faded?

What generation is this slab?
I did a little research on the evolution of holders, but didn't see anything about 'yellow' inserts, so perhaps this was subjected to daylight or something?
Will post photo shortly - Thanks in advance.

It used to be a lot more common to find these with the faded yellow labels. These started off green, but the colors broke down and sometimes they are also found bright blue. I would suspect light degradation.

    Cool coin BTW.

I've seen a few slabs with this look and I agree with TomB's thoughts.

Looks like a Gen 3.0 that has faded.

Thanks Kyle - from the link:

*The label dye color was not stable and is found in various hues from blue to yellow. Occasional.
