Bust half help? 1834...overton 109?

I think it's Overton 109 (small date, small letters) based on, the date and the 50 C on the reverse. But the "STATES" looks a little big on the reverse, too. Thoughts?

    Looks more like O.117. Look at the T-I relationship on reverse in STATES and PLURIBUS. Use this reference:
