Turnaround times are improving............

Where is the "sweet spot" that PCGS wants to get to for economy submissions in calendar days?

Hopefully the things you have done to improve turnaround times will stay in place and are not a quick fix. Is this true?

    Economy turn around should be under 30 calendar days. That's what we're shooting for.

    PCGS Currency - I purchased the collector's club Jan. 4 and didn't get the 15 small size notes back until May 2
