Many graded coins make it into Dansco's.

I had to crack this 1821 cent out of its NGC AU55 holder just to enjoy it. I could not take a photo or even appreciate the glossy surfaces through the plastic. I think a lot of early copper collectors feel the same way about slabbed, circulated copper.

Gorgeous '21 large cent, so hard to find with lighter chocolate color, as most are very dark.
I paid nearly double for a slightly lower grade to 'upgrade' the one in my date set. I know Billjones also has a nice '21.

Anyway, for the OP - cracked from a small white ANACS MS60 slab back around 1989 or so, and housed in my 7070:

This was a PCGS Slabbed PR65BN, which I bought at a nice discount (I think it was like $700 or something). I had so little into it, I cracked out so that Robec could photograph it raw. Wow, what a job he did!. It's currently PCGS Slabbed again but this time PR64+BN. The reverse is killer, the obverse also nice but some reddish blotches.

I could crack some of the good coins I have, but am reluctant to do so. A lot of them are in PCGS OGH holders, and some of them might even (for sure) grade higher if I re-holder.

Those holes in my Buff collection do look bad......but I just put an insert where the coin should be, stating grade and number.

I like my Buff Eagle Book a lot, My Lincolns were in a Dansco, and that is a heck of a good storage media too.
