Contest--Top 10 Unopened--Contest Closed--good luck!

Memory Lane has some awesome unopened stuff up for auction starting Saturday April 22.
So you know--none of this stuff is mine. Wish it were!!! Nor is Memory Lane involved in this at all. Just want to have some fun at my expense.
Here is the contest.......list the 10 items--in order --- that will sell for the most (including the juice). The items are lots 634 thru 675. Lot 664 --- the '86 Fleer Basketball box IS NOT PART OF THIS CONTEST. Any list that includes that lot will automatically be disqualified. Any edits of original bids will be disqualified.
Winner will get to choose ONE of the following prizes......
1. 1978 BB Rack Pack
2. $125 gift certificate to BBCE
Rules:
1. Members must have a minimum of 75 posts to play (to try and eliminate alts and people who have multiple IDs).
2. Post your 1st name with your list. This will further reduce alts and people with multiple IDs from entering
3. 1 list per member is allowed.
4. List must be posted by Tuesday April 26th by midnight --PST.
5. In the event that 2 people correctly pick the list....I will send both the prizes to the winners.
6. In the event of multiple winners I will draw 1 winner from the lot of winners.
7. You must rip what you get!!!!!
Bonus---if there is 1 winner--and that entry comes within $550 of the total of the 5 highest lots I will send both prizes. So if you want the bonus you need to post how much the 5 highest lots will sell for -- again including the juice
Good Luck!! This may seem easy but with that stuff you will be surprised. It's been a LONG TIME since some of these were offered for sale. Have fun!!

Manny,
Very generous indeed.
That is some amazing unopened stuff that Memory Lane has up for auction. I won't be guessing as I don't have much knowledge on unopened material.
Good luck to everyone playing.

Very nice of you to have this contest Manny. Best of luck to those that throw in a guess.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
LOF'nL----I wish. This type of material doesn't need spamming I assure you
Was just curious, but agree with that! Either way is a hell of a collection!
Nice gesture Manny although according to my calculations Tuesday is the 25th, Wednesday is the 26th. Hopefully the winner buys you a calendar!
No they're not--and they're not mine either. But hopefully some of them will wind up in my collection!!
When you receive the catalog you will see whose they are (and no, they're not Anthony's either
).
Wow - Thanks Manny! That's awesome material. Definitely watching these and will enter the contest this weekend, with absolutely no clue lots which will end up at the top!
LOL--thanks David. I was off by 1 day all week. Made a few judges mad when I showed up a day later this week to hearings....
We will stick with the 26th....Weds...
Everyone should take a guess...that means you Doug and Tim and Mike and Dave and......show your pack knowledge
Great gesture on your part!
Some amazing offerings in that auction.
Being a basketball guy I am closely watching that 48 pack.
I also think Memory Lane may not know the correct date/year.
Either they are reusing some of the write-ups from past auctions or
they
don't know what year it is lol!
Just took a look at some of the unopened.
That was the first time I ever saw a 1953 Bowman Color Baseball nickle pack. WOW!

Craig, I take it that you are referring to the write-up in the catalog stating it's 63 years old when it should say 69?? Because the write-up on the website correctly states 69. They had a gai 8.5 one in one of their 2008 auctions that correctly referenced it as being 60 years old and the psa 8 pack that's in the current auction was also in their 2011 auction so at the time it was 63 years old so they obviously used that 2011 write up for this auction. And this same pack was in SCP's auction in December 2015 but has been rebagged and reholdered since then.
ETA: And just noticed the gai 8.5 became this psa 8 so whoever won it in 08 cracked it out and submitted it to psa sometime between 2008 and 2011 and it crossed to an 8
Very kind of you! Thanks for the offer!

Manny, a very generous thing you are doing.
You're absolutely right, many of these items have not been seen in a while and it won't be easy to do this regardless what of how many years (or decades) of unopened sales data you might happen to have kept. ;-)
Let me consult my database and I'll submit my list by the 26th. And if I am lucky enough to win anything I will "pay it forward" by doing something similar in the future with any of these winnings PLUS adding something to it.

Damn Tim, why did you have the '48 bowman basketball pack so low on your list?

next time we are at Millers we rip basketball Tim
Manny - I don't wanna speak for Tim, but if you supply the pack I'm sure he would be happy to rip it. But it's doubtful Mr. 70s Baseball would bringing his own BK. I'd love to see the video though.
I think I have the highest number for the top 5, lets see some more bidding I've clearly taken the over bet!

Why do cigarette packs sell relatively cheaply? No guaranty of a card inside? A likely minor league card with that pack? Sorry I'm not a prewar collector so I haven't tracked the trends on these packs.
