Will PCGS Grade This 1913-S Type 1 Buff?

I recently received this coin with end of roll scratches Obverse 
from about 9:00 to 1:00. The seller really covered it up on the pictures of the coin.
If I submit it, what kind of description will it get? Will it come back damaged?

I would expect that one to come back in a details holder for damage.
No way that straight grades. If it did, I personally wouldn't even want it.
AU details. Roller damage.
Genuine - Details, no doubt.
No. I expect it would be in a details graded holder with a notation such as counting wheel damage.
