How is this a PSA 10?

I am a collector of the Canadian 1972 Pro Star Promotions. I realize its Four Sharp Corners but how can this card get a 10 ?

It's hard to tell from the scan.

LR I measure at 54/46 at the absolute worst but probably better LR at the top at near 50/50. The TB on this one looks good to the eye but I'm not familiar with this set so the "Printed in Canada" on the bottom skews it. While not centered TB on the bottom because of the "Printed In Canada" it does have the right centering TB for eye appeal. The corners are as I would want on a 10.

What am I missing that you see?

Looks like there are multiple areas of "bubbling" - a comparison to another graded copy of this card confirms that. No idea how this gets a 10, unless the said defect were to have occurred post-slabbing.

Bubbling? It looks like shadows from case scratches.

    Thanks,

That is correct. There are multiple bubbles on the card.

So those are surface bubbles in the sky to the left of his left shoulder and above his right? That would change everything. I thought at first they were part of the image or glare on the holder.

Is this card in your hands? I'd love to see a high quality scan?

Four Sharp Corners is selling it on their website and on Ebay.
