I don't see this holder on the pcgs musuem of holders page

But I think it's the second style holder they used in 1989. Am I correct for those that know? I have had it for at least 12 years but never thought about this until now.

I believe that holder was documented by Conder101 as:
PCGS 2 This was the first attempt by PCGS to increase the security of their slabs. This is a two piece slab. The center part is the same small "rattler" shell seen on PCGS 1 (note the four alignment pins in the corners around the coin). The second part is a plastic border that wraps around the edge of the slab and forms the raised lip that now lets the slabs stack and interlock. Other security measures taken were the addition of a barcode to the front label and a hologram to the back label. This was also the last variety that did not have the companies initials on the front label. The front label is off white with a green tinge to it. This faint green is formed by thousands of tiny green dots that are only visible under magnification. This variety was used in Oct and Nov of 1989.

Thanks! That's the same info I got the 1989 date from. This style holder and label wasn't shown on pcgs page so I wanted to confirm.

I found it at the very bottom of the PCGS home page.
That one is on the PCGS Museum of Coin Holders an listed as Generation 2.1
If you read the details of that one, it says that it sometimes comes w/ "PCGS" at the top of the label... sometimes it doesn't.
As Lance mentioned, Conder broke these down into two separate varieties/generations and many collectors of slabs follow that... Generation 2.0 w/o "PCGS" at the top, and Generation 2.5 w/ the "PCGS" at the top. In my experience the Generation 2.5 is a little more rare than the 2.0

2.0 is doily with the micro dots
2.1 has pcgs at the top sometimes...

The PCGS system is more geared towards the style of plastic, collectors more geared to both the plastic and the label, hence the different numbering systems.
What I find really odd is that Doilies come with labels that follow 2.0, 2.5 and 3.5, suggesting like the PCGS system that all the label styles were being used at the same time, or at least overlapped.
