PCGS not grading at ANA

I was very surprised to find this out. Had some business for them.

I sure hope PCGS reverses its position on this. Not grading at the ANA is like not grading at FUN. Absurd!
Lance.
I think its a good decision. Sounds like they already have a back log. Who wants more disgruntled customers.
They are taking submissions.
At least graders stay home to finish backlog
no, no and no.
Last year at the spring ANA, PCGS was done grading very early. They even sent home some graders I believe. They said at that show (last year) they would not be grading at this years spring ANA.
I am sure PCGS will be at the main summer ANA.
NGC is doing grading "on-site" but they are actually taking it back to the office and bringing it back the next day.
For those not sure, you can always check which shows PCGS will be attending and if you read the details you will be able to see which shows will have on-site grading available.

Not that surprising that they are not offering on-site grading at this show, but you can certainly still do business with them and drop off submissions.

Is that why georgia cop is bringing his gun?
The spring show has been heading downhill little by little. This show is too close to Baltimore, I liked the show better when it was in May away from other shows. Then it lost the auction I think 2 years ago, this year Kagin's has the auction which is going on now.
Since the show has not been as good you start to lose things like on-site grading and things start to spiral.
I guess I misunderstood.
PCGS is not offering show grading at the ANA Nat'l Money Show, Orlando, March 9-11.
PCGS will be doing show grading at the World's Fair of Money, Denver, August 1 - 5.
Phew.
Lance.
3 shows in Florida in a 6 month time frame might be too many.
That's a long ways to go back and forth!
Maybe they need to take care of what they have in house before the ones in house take there business some where else. If you only have 5 or 10 graders and send them to the shows how will you keep the business gong at home where you make your money all year long. I think it's a good thing they can take orders and place them in line like all of us. Any one can place a walk through order if they need it that bad.
Hoard the keys.
Maybe they will do it in Denver?
