I have a 1964 PR69CAM Washington in a PCGS Gen 4.3 slab and was wondering what the likelihood would be that it could possibly regrade into a PR69DCAM.
I know that resubmissions occasionally result in point grade improvements .... but what about CAM into DCAM designations? Possible?

Sure, why not? However, it is my experience from some older slabs that PCGS was sometimes less demanding for the DCAM designation than they are today.
