I have at least one that I know of.
Would PCGS charge to fix something like this? I would think that final inspection should have caught it.

Or find the Brunette that graded it. Kind of funny in a way...the hair goes to the very bottom of the slab.

Dang. I've seen that happen a few times. My eyes would certainly go straight to that little spot and stay there forever, rather than looking at the coin. I to wonder if it would cost anything to get this reholdered.
Can you shake it to the reverse????
