1944 PDS Washingtons for the A toner Dansco
As the saying goes, nobody can eat just one potato chip, or as the case may be, collect only one grouping of raw toner Washingtons. Here are the 1944 PDS Washingtons for my A toner Dansco. The S was imaged by Bob Campbell. I think he did an excellent job.

I like them. They are a tough date to find with good colors since there was no US Mint Set produced that year. I also like that they each have their own "feel" and the 1944-D has a look reminiscent of 1948-1949 double mint set coins.

Nice coins, but I just have to ask. Is that a fingerprint on the "P" mint?
Yes it is, but given the (assumed) technical grade, the toning, how the fingerprint looks on the coin and the cost, I was more than willing to live with it.
BTW, here is a link to the B Dansco toner 1944 PDS Washingtons...
