For some reason I want to say its the one you have but I don't think it had quite the same amount of color.

Do not know the guy's name. He was in Springfield, MO back in October. He stopped at my table asking if i was interested in any blue packs. He was reasonable for selling to a collector in what he was asking for it but i didn't think i could make anything on it.
