Inside the hard sleeve it looks like a 6. You might want to scan it again without the sleeves so the corners and surfaces would be easier to view.
PSA 7 based on centering. Nice card!
From what I can see I would say PSA 6.

I'd be in the 7 camp based on the pics and assuming no hidden flaws.
I'm thinking a PSA 6, but it's hard to tell in the sleeve and top loader.
