I just noticed that the OP's avatar does appear to be a Moonlight Mint overstrike which could could have led to the speculation. I haven't seen these errors before but they are interesting. Does a Moonlight Mint 1964-D Peace overstrike exist?

I have sold a few double-over-strikes over the years (none recently).
But I never offered for sale any "1964-D" Peace Dollar double-over-strikes, although I did produce the one shown.

What does the label say?
Is this a D.C. Peace dollar?
Indian Head $10 Gold Date Set Album
Not a big stretch from an overstruck fake 64 Peace to an off-center strike of the same. Did he tell you it was a one of a kind?
Nice looking coin but doesn't look like Dan's work.

! the 1816 bust is DC one of only nine and I am the proud owner

Carr's work is better than the Royal Oak mint. Could tell right off that wasn't one of his pieces.
Me too. That's why I was curious what the segs label said
Big fan of Carrs work ! not a fan of royal Oak Mint just liked the off center strike ! next to impossible to get from Daniel Carr
Cool stuff !
