Proof coin with questionable color. PCGS question.

If you submit a proof coin to PCGS and PCGS decides it has questionable color, does the label say 'Proof' or 'Unc"? For example, will a Questionable Color Proof Indian Cent say 'Proof' on the label?

If the coin is authentic, the holder will indicate proof or MS.
If you have an image of a Proof coin in a 'problem' holder that has the coin listed as Proof or PR, I would appreciate seeing it. TIA.

Mod, thanks.
I submitted a Proof coin, I know the coin is proof, came out of a NGC PF63 holder and PCGS marked it as Unc.
PCGS customer service told me:
The strike of the coin is not listed on Genuine labels.

Call/email back and cite the cert # of the one that is correct.
I did that ATS when they said a coin wouldn't be slabbed (tiny and they did that photo thing). I called them back with a cert # of one in a slab and they had me mail it back and it is now in plastic at no additional charge other than mailing it back.
I'm sure CS here would take another look. Maybe there has been a rule change, but more likely just an oversight.
Thanks Cathy. I was going to send the image but I guess the cert # is just as good.
