Something about DDO's

As a variety nut I am naturally drawn toward DDO's and DDR's
They are just a thing of beauty.
Here are 2 of my Lincoln favorites, but they just touch the surface of the variety.
Please post some doubled dies for us all to enjoy.
Some coins are just plain "Interesting"

Here's the widest spread DDO in the shield nickel series:
And here's a TDO. There are three different TDOs in the shield nickel series:

How about something bigger? Philadelphia, not the "BIG ONE," but close.

The
55 D.D. is KING! and always will keep the throne.

--- If it should happen I die and leave this world and you want to remember me. Please only remember my opening Sig Line.Just in the Lincoln series there are so many nice DDO's.

Here are two 41 DDO's found in searches.
First the more common
But the die 6 is a really cool not so commonly seen DDO
Nothing like the wonderful '55. But true hub doubling is pretty rare with bust halves. Here's one.
Lance.
Hey Lance. Beautiful example. I believe that is the only noted hub doubled coin in the CBH series.
Amazing that with all the incredible varieties seen in the CBH's there is only 1 doubled die.
Another nice, but quite commonly available DDO is the 1995 P

It was found early and saved in very high grades in large quatities.
Not sure how many are seen in low grade circulated examples.
Compare that to the 1917 P where the majority in collections are heavily circulated examples.
How about this one (1970-S DDO-1 cent):
An authorized PCGS dealer, and a contributor to the Red Book.
Lousy picture, but one of my favorite Cherrypicks

I love 'em, RPMs too....repunched dates....it's all so much fun!
I've always thought the 1963 Washington was a cool looking DDO. Pretty common, but a NICE spread on IGWT!

Here is the rarest one, and most obvious, in the gold dollar series.
- Ike Group member
- DIVa (Designated Ike Varieties) Project co-lead and attributor
What a great Ike dollar that is, Steve!
An authorized PCGS dealer, and a contributor to the Red Book.
Probably so, but I would put the 1873 DDO Seated Dime right up there with it.
Found in one of those "unopened" proof sets many like to criticize. I think I paid about $22 for it.
