Someone refresh me why this is a change over pair. I know there is a thread on COP's but finding it with this new SW is a PITA.

The consecutive notes ending in 28 & 29 change from series of 1934C to 1934D

OK, the #28 isn't posted so I didn't know it was the 1934C.

The 1st pair weren't showing up, that's why I asked. I just checked this thread again and the #27 &28 picture loaded this time.

Does "Reverse Changeover" mean that the serial numbering progressed down (rather than incrementing higher)? I can see the the first note is 1928C (& a higher SN) and the 2nd note is 1928D but. a lower serial number....(plus a signature change)

Yes, you have a keen eye ... when the numerical sequence contradicts the Series sequence then that is a Reverse COP.
Also quite a bit more fun than those shiny discs because we keep track of the printing plate serial numbers on each note.

Currency collecting is tons more fun that coins

Please be aware that not all holders will state the COP or direction - I recall having to pay PCGS for that notation back in the day. Other COP notes that I have bought opted not to have the COP on the label as I imagine that the pair is self evident in their eyes

Couldn't agree with you more! :D Thanks for the explanation. I'm slowly learning about BEP notes & its cool there's so much to learn!
