I have been told many times that holed or plugged ones of this do not exist, then this shows up. I think most dates and mint marks of all series except gold and platinum exist holed or plugged.

That is something! And those half cents often have interesting planchets. I keep looking at the edge near T in UNITED, but I don't think it is struck over a 1796 half dollar die trial

1796 Half Cent, with most of the date visible. Nothing wrong with that. One of those that went missing back when I did a half cent set. Congrats of such a rarity.
