Real/Fake???

Saw someone selling a bunch of psa8 clemente in facebook group
after saving the image and zooming in, the print pattern doesn't look quite right
is it me getting paranoid or just his scanner?
i saw some post around in forum saying lots of fake psa vintage card lately



question resolved...

    the 1960 clemente looks fine to me....link is broken for the 1965 one.

    saved the pic and uploaded it.

    I was suspicious because all the scans of my card, if i zoom in close enough. i see like circle kind of printing pattern

    like this one from pwcc, i don't have to zoom into much and can see some kind of pattern

    The '65T Clemente was just sold by a well-known and respected member of this forum. In fact, it appears your post got it done for him. Perhaps, you should go into the advertising biz.

    I did not mention anybody's name in this post. i got this from a facebook group and seller remains anonymous.
    I'm just posting a picture of the scan which i have question about. especially lately i've been seeing quite a few post regarding a lot of psa 8+ card that were in question.
    I do think this is a legit question to ask since i'm interested in one of the card(but sold now) . Maybe his resolution of the scan that causes my concern that it differs.
    I did got scam once few years ago and i'm just a bit more cautious.

    Easy to find on eBay. It's the most recent sale of this card. I happen to follow Clemente auctions as well.



    If the Facebook Chicken Little Group is worried, they need to follow other examples being shared here. Or join up and communicate with knowledgeable folks. I don't claim to be one. I just repeat what I learn.

    I didn't realize it's on ebay. The ebay scan is a lot more clearer than the one in facebook. If that's the one i saw, probably i would have no question about it.

    Hence, my suggestion. It pays to do a bit of research every now and then. If people would educate themselves less reluctantly, we'd have less of these concerns.
