    If the 3 cards you received are NOT shipped, you should probably send them back until they are.



    In all seriousness, take a moment to understand the nature of their business and how it relates to securing information and entering it into a usable system. Sometimes things move slowly. You should feel gratified that you received your cards no matter what the web site tells you. Enjoy.
