wouldnt it help St Jude's to give them the $2 bill vs the 99 cents?

    Great idea.....poor execution.
    Collector of numeral seals.That's the 1928 and 1928A series of FRNs with a number rather than a letter in the district seal. Owner/operator of Bottom Line Currency

    I'm not good in math but I do know 99 cents is less than $2.
