1839-O Half Dollar FSHO: PCGS XF45 CAC

Purchased through David Kahn in the PCGS holder. 3rd nicest 39-O in an XF holder I have seen in the last 13 years of searching. The only two better that I know of are the one I just upgraded to in an XF40 Gold CAC holder that is really AU and Tom Bush's XF45 CAC coin that is really AU. This coin has many claims to AU as well. Call it an XF49. Good coins aren't cheap. Sure to be a highlight of your set. $3000

If I wouldn't have bought my PCGS AU 55 CAC, this would have been a consideration. If the owner would have considered selling it to me.
