1940 Superman Custom Binder

My son and I have been building the 1940 Superman set on and off (he'll be three this Sunday). I gave him his first card in the set (Superman and the Kidnappers) on his first birthday. At first I thought about a graded set, but he likes to flip through the pages and look at them, so anything graded gets cracked and put in sleeves. At the moment, there is a reprint set in there and when we get a real one we switch them out. He loves these cards!
A couple weeks ago I thought that I'd make him a custom binder, but I ran into a problem - when I went online and couldn't find the Superman logo. I thought it would be easy... just a "1940 Superman logo" Google search. This was as close as I could get:
The Superman 1940 #4 is the closest to what the logo looks like in the card set (here are some pictures of the logo in the set).
As you can see, it's fairly inconsistent, but I wanted the logo and colors to be a faithful representation of the one on the cards. So, I spent a couple weeks kind of blending the logos together. Finished this morning and made this binder. I have to say, I absolutely love how it turned out. Let me know what you think!

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
If not, did you use an office supply store (FedEx Office or Staples) to print as I would imagine that would use a boatload of ink.
This is coming from someone who has yet to use the Unikeep spine template for approximately 50 binders.

As you know, I'm working diligently on a R145 Superman PSA set and have been thinking about presentation box ideas for the cards. Hoping I can think of something half as cool as what you've come up with here!

I had a coupon with Zazzle and got it for about $15. It's a standard 3 ring binder, but I'm emailing with Unikeep to get them to make one.

Wait, I know, Unikeep for the original cards and the Zazzle for the reprint set.
I had to go with the 1" binder from Zazzle, but with Unikeep I will be getting the half inch binder since there are only 72 cards in the set.
I think I will use the Zazzle one to put doubles in. Or put copies of articles in it to make a reading piece.
The Unikeep binder may be a bit more difficult to make because their sales representative is telling me I may have to have a letter of permission from DC first. Sounds difficult to obtain, but I'll certainly give it a shot. No idea where to start there, though.
