tmac - see this is were you are wrong when it comes to mail fraud a you have to have is him saying he recieved them some how.....HOW do i know well i work for your friendly united states post office thats how him on the post and in private messages saying he recieved cards form these people is proof enough so no need for scare tackticks or anything was real simple for me to file on him seeing as i am there everyday anyway

I received from him today, and im satisfied although he said the rip hamilton was #ed 32/50 (32 being his jersey number) and was numbered 22/50, oh well at least i received!!!

If any of the people whom I supposedly "ripped" off are still current members plz get in contact with me for full cash refunds. We can do this many of way, aslong as its feasible in your eyes than I'll be perfectly content (Money Order, Western Union, Paypal, and etc). I am truely sorry for my wrongful acts and will reimburse everyone and more. As a matter of fact I still have an exorbitant amount of cards leftover back at my house in Tn. Money was never the issue. If I was scammed I wouldn't be crying about a cardboard picture and catching deep feelings. Law school is going well by the way. Since when is anything represented with truth? If you haven't noticed we live in a rather corrupt country, but thats beyond the point of whats occuring at this instant. I'm not asking for trust at all. I'm asking for those whom I committed wrong against to come out, so I can throw you a couple dollars to support your little families a bit better than the norm.

Do you realize what country you live in by any chance? We live in one of the most notoriously known corrupt countries and not to mention the political aspects of it all. What I did in the past was wrong and there's nothing I can do to justify my sinister acts, I'm sorry. here's what I'd do, if I were one of you members that got hosed by this arrogant SOB. (and what I would have done to begin with)

I'd first look into the statute of limitations and if possible, file a civil suit against this turd in your local court. You can do it yourself. Get a judgement and a lien against him. File a complaint with your post office for mail fraud. File a complaint with his local PD or SO. Get copies of any/all reports/complaints you file for your civil suit. Print off copies of emails/checks/correspondence/this thread.

Then, I'd contact his "law school" and make them aware of his past practice of screwing people over....print this thread out and mail it to the head cheese as well.....

It can't be too hard to find out if he's attending a law school in that area. If you can't find out, mail something to ALL of them in that area.

It seems like he has most of the necessary intangibles to become your typical ambulance chasing lawyer in this country; lying, deceiving, arrogant, POS scumbag.
