Unassigned inventory

Hello,

I have 4 coins, which were just graded by PCGS. They have not gotten to my house yet, but I tried to add them to my PCGS Registry set inventory. I added them one at a time, but they have gone into my unassigned inventory where only I can see them. Do you know how I can get them into my "assigned" inventory?

Any helpful answer will be much appreciated!
Thank you,
Ken

    Ken,

That heading is to show you the coins in your collection that are not currently in a registry set - only in your inventory image

  • How to get unsigned into the registry, I have 170 coins that aren’t in out of 570 coins in my inventory

Open any of your registry sets that any of the unassigned inventory coins should go.
Search down to the slot that this coin should go into and click the add coin button.
You will probably need to do this for each coin that has not been assigned.
You may also need to start / add a new registry set that these coins are a required part of.
    Best of luck.

The coins have to 'fit' in your sets

On the www.pcgs.com home page, on the top hit the SET REGISTRY link.
next page hit the link that says SETS
next page says MY SETS to the left and below that are all of your sets you have registered the second column shows SET COMPOSITE
hit the link on the left showing the name of your set corresponding to the set composite that has coins need added
next page says Items in Set Composite, down a few lines hit the box that says Add Best Available

if your set has many pages, I am not sure if you need to do that on every page of set

Do this for all your sets you have coins that need added

When you are done adding, go back to INVENTORY that is at top of page

see what is left in Active inventory unassigned to matching sets
decide if you need to start another set, sell duplicates or nothing with your extra inventory

    @semikeycollector

When you added the coins you should have checked the box that says:
Add these items to all of your existing sets which they match or replace items if the rating of the new item is higher. (Go to Start a Set to create sets from matching composites.)
If you want you can go back and delete the coins and then add them again and Check the box, It will automaticly add the to your sets IF they fit in any of your sets

    Hi,

Some of this collection has been sold to purchase other series. Thank you for continuing to help. The thread and the issue were in 2016.

    Best,
    Ken
