    Looks like a small planchet clip to me.

    What does the rim look like directly across for the clip? Is it normal?

    Could be a small clip,....would need direct pictures of the edge to determine more..

    Very cool good to hear.



    I miss the early days when NGC would MS70 a mint error.



    These days MS69 is as high as they grade as with the error it's not perfect.

    Cool. I always wondered how they came up with those percentages, and never considered the weight factor. I always thought it was an eyeball process.
