Do you know where these are sold at the airport? I might be able to help out with PHX if I make it down that way.

Thanks! They aren't sold, but given away. The ones I have gotten are all at the information booths around the airports.

Just picked up all the Columbus Ohio cards. Luckily CMH had all three so I didn't have to drive to the other two.

I fixed the formatting for you. It is much easier to read now.

Seems like a really cool set of cards. I've have to see if I can pick any up next time I fly out of Logan.

Thanks for fixing the formatting! I really appreciate it. They are fun to try and get. Have to call in some favors of friends on a few of these. I have an extra of John Wayne and Long Beach if you want to do some swapping. Will have some Orlando and Tampa ones next month.
  • SumoMenkoManSumoMenkoMan Posts: 1,269 ✭✭✭
It's like geocaching for cards. Most of the time they are at the Information Booths outside of security at the airports. I've found a few inside security in a few stores. If you happen to find any that I don't have, I'd be more than happy to pay you for a extra card and the effort. I have a couple of extras now(Long Beach and John Wayne in California). They do make traveling a little more interesting. Good luck!

Do you have a photo example? I'm about three miles from one on the list

Sorry about that. I meant to post some pictures sooner. Here are the 10 that I have so far. Hopefully will have a few more in the coming months.

I think I'll be able to pick up Charlotte this weekend and Orlando next week. Beyond that, they are going to be really hard to get for me.
  • SumoMenkoManSumoMenkoMan Posts: 1,269 ✭✭✭
I just picked up Charlotte last night on the way through. Will post scans when I can. Hitting up Orlando next week. Hopefully Tampa at the end of the month.

Good luck! If you can pick up an extra I have some extra ones to trade if interested.

Did you pick up any on this trip?

Hope to pick up some more Florida ones this coming month. Anyone have any that they want to trade?

Is the list on the first page the complete checklist? If not, have you ever seen one?

Im starting to think you spend the money per flight jsut to get these cards image

ETA: Oh, how did you come about your first card? Learn of this? Wo prints them? Did you ask PSA if they would grade? (If you have that interest)
  • SumoMenkoManSumoMenkoMan Posts: 1,269 ✭✭✭
I first learned about them when I flew through Chicago. According to the website, the checklist we have here is complete. It's been tough getting these as you can imagine and I can't imagine ever putting together a complete set especially for the smaller airports. Nothing is popping up on eBay. I have a few extra of MCO if interested. I'm not sure who prints them...probably one company for each airport that wants to participate.
  • SumoMenkoManSumoMenkoMan Posts: 1,269 ✭✭✭
I just picked up about 12 more of these off of eBay. Looks like Jacksonville has 2 versions: 2014 and 2015.

I picked up a few Nashville (BNA) cards. Would be happy to trade 1:1 if anyone has others. Might be able to pick up an SJC later this week. Let me know - Happy 4th!
    Go Dodgers!

    Hi Steve,

I only have an extra of SNA.

Are your extras for trade only or would you consider selling?

I need: 21D, ANE, AVL, BNA, BOS, DTW, FCM, GSO, LVN, MDW, MIC, MKE, MSN, RDU, SJC, SLC, SSF, STP, YLW, YOW, YTZ, YYC, YYZ

  • Right now they are mostly for trade. I just started on these cards about 6 weeks ago. I have multiples of BTR, DAL, ELP, SPI, TPA, anf YYZ. I can send out any of the multiples at no cost. The rest would be trades.

  • I can help you more down the road. But for now how about DTW, LVN, and YYZ for the SNA?

  • I just got the SNA today. If you want the 3 cards, send me a message with your address.

  • SumoMenkoManSumoMenkoMan Posts: 1,269 ✭✭✭

Thanks...you've done really well for just starting a few weeks ago. I'm wondering if anyone has completed a set of these yet.

  • It is probably a tough set to complete. There have been different cards for each year of the program. Some airports told me they don't have any more

Promotional non-sport cards are my main collecting interest. I got started with the airport cards when I saw someone collecting them on the Promotional trading cards facebook page.

  • SumoMenkoManSumoMenkoMan Posts: 1,269 ✭✭✭

Very cool. I hope you get there!

  • SumoMenkoManSumoMenkoMan Posts: 1,269 ✭✭✭

Thanks Steve for the extra cards !!!!!

  • I have a lot of extras. What is your current want list?

  • SumoMenkoManSumoMenkoMan Posts: 1,269 ✭✭✭

I can't remember and my cards are packed up heading across the Atlantic. Will let you know what I need when they arrive. Thanks for thinking of me!

  • SumoMenkoManSumoMenkoMan Posts: 1,269 ✭✭✭

Steve, do you still have extras of these?

I can try to help with the Canadian airports... how do you get these cards though? Are they are the information booths?

Send me a PM as I usually frequent the sports cards forums

  • SumoMenkoManSumoMenkoMan Posts: 1,269 ✭✭✭

I'll have to go back and look at which ones I am missing. They have been trickling in for a while. You usually have to go to the airport customer service desk/information booths and ask.

  • Anyone needing Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) trading cards, you can request them on their website.

    https://flyfrompti.com/airport-trading-cards

They will send you their 2014 (PTI-001) and 2016 (PTI-002) trading cards. Just ask nicely. I received mine today in the mail.

  • Still looking for cards from YLW and SJC. Both airports no longer have any available.

  • SumoMenkoManSumoMenkoMan Posts: 1,269 ✭✭✭

Right now I have the master checklist at 82 cards. It seems to grow all the time. I am down to needing 10:

    ATL-001
    AVL-001
    ELP-001
    LAX-001
    LAX-002
    MKE-001
    SAV-001
    SJC-001
    SSF-001
    YLW-001

  • I’m also looking to trade Airport Trading Cards
I have a bunch of doubles and looking to swap
2019 series just came out so look out for that too

  • SumoMenkoManSumoMenkoMan Posts: 1,269 ✭✭✭

Anyone have the following Airport Trading Cards:

    ATL-001 (2014)
    ATL-003 (2018)
    LAS-001
    MKE-001 (2014)
    SJC-001 (2014)
    YLW-001 (2014)
    YYC-002 (2019)
    YYT-001 (2014)
YYT-002 (2018) (*note 2019 is an UER with YYT-002 card number)

  • I have in my collection about 167 of the cards. Along with these I have many duplicates available for trade: I am looking for SAN-002/2015, 2 cards/STP-002/2018, 2 cards/YOW-002/2015, French, Black Cell Phone, 2 cards/SJC-001/2014, 1 card. Was there a 21D-002/2018 and was there a CLT-002? Email me at kenb5el@cs.com

This is such an awesome thread. I've followed from the beginning, but it's past my frequent travel days so I have no input. I wish they did this many years back.
